01

Start with the summer activities

Update 21 is the Summer 2026 + Return! update in Gomu's Anime Adventures on Roblox, adding Summer Hunt, Sky Portals, summer rewards, banner changes and easier progression access. Make Summer Hunt your first summer activity: its rewards start the portal routes and include chances at Charms that help later runs.

Choose the summer reward you want

Choose a target before settling into repeated runs. Summer Hunt starts several reward routes, so the next activity depends on whether you want summer summons, portal units or bonuses for future clears.

05

Review banners and the other new activities

Check the Special, Legacy and Summer banners before spending summon resources. The update changes these banner systems, and Fishy and Water Goddess are limited summer units. Choose a unit that fills a missing role in your team before committing your resources.

Check Elf Mage's weekly Artifacts, Summer Bingo and the Summer Merchant alongside your main farm. New Infinity Mansion, Battle Pass, Tournament and Leaderboard seasons also begin with the update. Inspect the current offerings before committing resources, because timed pools and weekly offerings can rotate.

06

Use the easier access to rebuild your account

New and returning players have more choices immediately. Challenges no longer require the corresponding Story level, and Infinity Mansion no longer requires Story progression. You can try these activities without following an older Story-first unlock route.

Use Challenge matchmaking when you want help, or organize your group in a free private server. Parties support up to six players. Treat the open access as a chance to test your team, then return to preparation if a mode feels too difficult.

During runs, use the minimap and visible debuff timers to keep track of the action. Faster waves and beta seamless replay are also part of the update. These changes are useful to review while getting comfortable with the new patch.

07

Questions before your next run

Can ground units hit normal flying enemies now?
Yes. Ground attacks can hit normal flying enemies, but deal half damage to them. Soaring enemies have a separate restriction: your attacking unit must stand on a hill.
