Learn how to get and evolve Chuuni in Anime Adventures, check every material and takedown requirement, and build a team around her Magic damage support.

01

Get Chuuni and Prepare Her Evolution

Chuuni originally came from the limited 2025 April Fool's summon banner; after that event, check the current summon screen or seek an eligible trade. To evolve her into Chuuni (Delusion), collect Sichel des Trugs and the Star Fruit listed below, earn 7,500 takedowns with Chuuni, and use the evolved unit to amplify your team's Magic damage.

02

Check the Banner or Arrange an Eligible Trade

The April Fool's banner explains Chuuni's original release, but check the current summon lineup before spending gems for her. Look for Chuuni herself rather than relying on the event name. Make your summon decision from the units currently shown on the screen.

Trading is another route to pursue after the original event. Check the offered unit's exact name and eligibility in the trade screen before committing your offer. Keep the acquisition decision separate from the evolution recipe so you know what work remains after receiving the unit.

03

Every Material and Takedown Requirement

Chuuni's evolution requires the named evolution item, the full Star Fruit recipe, and takedowns earned with Chuuni. Check each color separately when preparing your materials. Keep Sichel des Trugs on your checklist alongside the fruit rather than treating the fruit as the whole recipe.

Evolve Chuuni into Chuuni (Delusion)

  1. Use Chuuni to earn 7,500 takedowns. Keep this requirement in mind while collecting the materials so it does not become the remaining obstacle when you are ready to evolve.
  2. Gather Sichel des Trugs and every Star Fruit amount in the checklist. Compare regular, Green, Red, Pink, and Rainbow Star Fruit separately before heading to the evolution menu.

If the evolution cannot proceed, compare the material amounts and Chuuni's takedowns with the recipe above. Work on the missing requirement rather than gathering an unrelated evolution item. Keep your preparation focused on Chuuni's recipe.

What Chuuni (Delusion) Does for Magic Teams

Chuuni (Delusion) is a Hybrid Magic/Dark unit, with ground and hill placement available. Her attacks become larger and eventually cover a full area. Her main team role is damage amplification for Magic carries, with repeated damage from her passive adding pressure of its own.

Pact of Frailty makes the enemy Chuuni targets take 50% more Magic damage, stacking up to three times for 150%. With Unique, each application instead adds 150%, with a cap of 300%. Build around the enemy she marks so your Magic damage dealers benefit from that increased damage taken.

Pact of Revelation makes targeted enemies take damage equal to 7% of Chuuni's damage every 0.5 seconds. This gives her a repeated damage effect alongside her regular attacks. When choosing her position, think about where you want that pressure and the Magic damage amplification to matter.

06

Place Chuuni Around Your Magic Damage Dealer

  1. Start with the Magic damage dealer you want Chuuni to support. Choose a position that lets her target enemies your carry will attack, making use of Pact of Frailty's Magic damage amplification.
  2. Use her ground or hill placement to cover the part of the path where you need support. Her evolved Hybrid placement gives you flexibility when fitting her around the rest of your lineup.

Sky God is a useful example of the pairing: he deals Magic damage, so Chuuni's marks directly increase the damage his target takes from him. If you already use him, Chuuni can fill the Magic support role beside him. The same planning principle applies when your chosen carry deals Magic damage.
