The route from Summer Hunt to Sky God
In Anime Adventures, get Sky Portals as random Summer Hunt drops, then open them from the Portals section of your inventory in the lobby to enter Sky Island. Clear Sky Portals for a chance at Sky God's Portal, then defeat Sky God inside for a chance at the Secret unit.
Prepare hill damage before opening a portal

Soaring enemies are the main threat to your clear because only units placed on hills can target them. A Hybrid standing on the ground does not meet that requirement, even if it can attack ordinary flying enemies. Bring hill damage such as Honey, Iron Sentinel or Water Goddess, or place a suitable Hybrid such as Dark Mage on a hill.Playing this video connects to YouTube.
A farm such as Bulby helps fund your damage dealers' upgrades. Build the rest of your loadout around reliable damage and hill coverage. If those roles are missing, prepare them before committing a difficult portal.

Use charms and event bonuses for the chase

Equip a charm from the Charms tab in your inventory before returning to Sky Portals. Charms can boost secret-drop chances in both Summer Hunt and Sky Portals, along with damage and rewards. Compare each charm's rolled bonuses so you equip the one that best supports your next run.Playing this video connects to YouTube.
Summer units and skins can also add a secret-portal-rate boost. Check the bonus shown by the ones you own, and fit useful bonuses around the hill coverage required for Soaring. A reward-focused loadout still needs to finish the stage to make the attempt worthwhile.
Know what a successful clear can award
Ordinary Sky Portal clears can award event progression items and Star Remnants, as well as a chance at Sky God's Portal. Receiving the Secret portal and obtaining the Secret unit are separate chances. Treat the ordinary rewards as part of your progress while you keep pursuing Sky God, because an ordinary clear does not promise either Secret outcome.

Sky God is Enel's in-game name, and you pursue him through portals rather than summons. He deals magic damage, but he is a ground unit and cannot hit Soaring enemies. Keep your hill coverage after obtaining him so your next portal team can still deal with them.Playing this video connects to YouTube.
Fix Soaring leaks before pushing higher
If Soaring enemies pass through your defense, check the placement of the units meant to hit them. A Hybrid on the ground still cannot solve the problem; it needs to stand on a hill. Correct that placement before treating the failure as a lack of raw damage.
Taking on a difficult portal
- Can I solo a Tier 12 Sky Portal with short range and no Unique units?
- The safer play is to save that Tier 12 portal until stronger teammates are available. Prepare reliable hill-placed attackers for Soaring, inspect the portal's modifiers, and build experience on easier tiers first. Use those easier clears to judge your coverage before committing the difficult portal to an unsupported solo attempt.
